In a hypnotic state, it is possible to address and alter patterns and belief systems. This process involves identifying outdated patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve an individual's needs. Many people are unaware that their current coping skills might be obsolete and require replacement with new ones. By examining the past with a safe perspective, one can understand the origins of these belief systems. The aim is to update these coping mechanisms to align with present-day life. The deeper mind does not recognize time; thus, coping skills developed in childhood may still be in use decades later, potentially leading to inefficacy. The goal is to provide new coping skills that suit one's current life situation, facilitating a transition towards a more empowered, confident, and secure self.
The unresolved pain from childhood often manifests itself in our adult lives, resulting in psychological and emotional challenges that can be understood as the wounds of our inner child. Each individual harbors a younger self within them that may still be experiencing distress. It is crucial to recognize that this inner child seeks healing. Consequently, individuals may exhibit behaviors such as depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, and low self-esteem, which reflect their internal struggles. These issues can significantly impact our daily lives, highlighting the need for attention and resolution.
Hypnosis entails accessing the subconscious mind, responsible for storing memories, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. During hypnosis, individuals are guided into a relaxed and concentrated mental state that is conducive to exploring areas within that are prepared for healing and facilitates access to their inner wisdom. By accessing the subconscious mind in our sessions, hypnosis can also help release negative emotions and past traumas, leading to greater emotional resilience, well-being, and authenticity.
